There are two ways to shop with Caravan. The first is in-person either in our showroom in New York or through one of our representatives. The second is online through our Rug Gallery or Rug Outlet.
In-Person Sales

Oriental Rugs That Fit You
We realize that every customer has a unique space in which to decorate with an oriental rug. After you schedule an appointment with us, we ask that you bring with you anything you are working with in your home that will affect your choice. Wallpaper samples, fabric swatches, paint chips, photos, pillows, even detailed architectural drawings of the space are all helpful in making a decision. We will even offer a complimentary home visit (where possible) preceding your scheduled appointment so that we can view the space and suggest correct sizing. We know that ultimately the final choice will be made most easily if we show you a rug that you absolutely love. That, of course, is Caravan’s goal!
Shopping Online
While we would love to have every customer visit us, we know this isn’t feasible. So we encourage you to shop online. If you see a rug in our Rug Gallery, you are welcome to order it on approval. (Please refer to online ordering policies). However, it is impossible to put every rug on our website. So if you don’t see a rug that works for you, we encourage you to take advantage of the personal service we provide free of charge. Let us know the budget you have set. Then send us fabrics you are working with, color samples or room plans, and we will be happy to select rugs that we feel would be perfect for your space. The more information you give us, the better we can serve you. We will then e-mail or send you photos from which you can make choices.
