Rug Gallery Policy

Please use our handy shopping cart to order rugs from our Rug Gallery online. Rugs are shipped via UPS (continental U. S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii) on an approval basis. Customer has 7-day approval period upon receipt. After 7 days, sale will be considered final. Within the approval period, customer may request a return or exchange and is responsible for return shipping charges. No return will be accepted without a return authorization. Please follow directions for return below. No Outlet Sale carpet is eligible for return.


Most rugs (except oversized) can be shipped via the United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping to customers within the continental United States is included in the price of the carpets. Return shipping on authorized Rug Gallery rugs must be paid by customer and will be deducted from the credit for return.


We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Rug Gallery Return Policy

Requests for a return must be made during the 7 day approval period. Call for a Return Authorization Number. Rugs will not be accepted for return without prior authorization and must be received with 7 days of that authorization. Save all packaging material since it can be re-used in return shipping.

We will arrange for UPS pick-up. Customer must pay return delivery charges. Rugs returned damaged or soiled or after the authorized period will incur a 20% handling fee in addition to the shipping charges. Return policy does not apply to Special Outlet Sale items.

Special Outlet Sales Policy

Rugs ordered from our Special Outlet Sales are specially priced at rock bottom prices and are sold as is. They are not eligible for returns or exchange. All sales from the Outlet Sale are considered FINAL!
