Rug Ordering and Return Policies

Please use our handy shopping cart to order rugs from our Rug Outlet online. Rugs are shipped via UPS (continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii) on an approval basis. Customer has a 7-day approval period upon receipt. After 7 days, sale will be considered final. Within the approval period, customer may request a return or exchange and is responsible for shipping charges. No return will be accepted without a return authorization. Please call for a Return Authorization Number.

Save all packaging material since it can be re-used in return shipping. We will arrange for a UPS pick-up. Rugs returned damaged, soiled, or after the authorized period will incur a 20% handling fee in addition to the shipping charges. Return policy does not apply to special orders or custom made-to-orders items.

Shipping

Most rugs can be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) to customers within the continental United States. Authorized rug shipping charges must be paid by customer and will be deducted from the credit for return. Oversized rugs may require other carriers or freight collect. Antique or Semi Antique orders require additional charges for insurance. We will notify you of exact charge before shipping.
